Our service team, based on 24-hour seven-day week call centre manned by our own, highly trained personnel both in and out of office hours, provides a fast Reactive maintenance service. Wherever possible we diagnose fault at the point of initial contact minimising downtime of the equipment and facilitating a high percentage of first time fixes.
All our technicians are trained to advanced levels and are continuously enhancing their knowledge with further training . ACS Certified and Gas Safe Registered their expertise in both gas, electrically powered appliances enables a high percentage of first time fixes.
We also provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) plans designed at a level to meet each customer’s
specific requirements.
Our other services include gas safety checks and audits, equipment asset register, life cost analyses Deep
Cleaning and asset management.
