Aldourie Castle - Restaurant Kitchen Installation
Recently transformed through major refurbishment by rural concepts, the castle is nestled in the banks of Loch Ness just south of Inverness. Many challenges faced Catersure in relation to the restrictions applied to hiding the extraction and air input system while keeping noise levels to a minimum.
The resulting kitchen has been;
"well received by the chefs and has already seen us through a few weddings and the launch of the Skoda Yeti"
Congratulations to Rural concepts and the Aldourie Castle venture.
White Eagle Pub - Kitchen Installation
Positioned a short distance from picturesque Rhoscolyn beach, the white eagle was transformed during the winter of 2007 into the stunning pub restaurant which opened in the spring of 2008.
Owned by the Timpson family, the white eagle is an extreamly popular destination for locals and tourists alike enjoys wonderful views from the outdoor dining area overlooking the Irish Sea. The brief for catering was to produce a design layout including a cookline with traditional gas powered equipment fitted into a long, narrow, galley configuration. This was achieved by utilising the available space to the nearest millimetre whilst keeping the equipment as tight to the walls as possible. With a narrow centre island suit and slim chefs. The design became reality.
The convent of the Sisters of Notre Dame - Kitchen Design & Installation
Its not every day that one of our kitchens is consecrated by the Bishop, but oiur installation at the convent was given his blessing soon after completion. Our design successfully created a spacious comfortable working environment complete with a loading facility immediately outside of the kitchen office door.
Catersure completed the project without any noticeable interruption to meal service, by providing a temporary kitchen for the duration of the contract.
