Sandro Wulkan Joins Catersure
Posted in Events on the 04-12-2009 | 0 Comments | Add CommentCatersure welcomes Sandro Wulkan on board as Operations Director in January 2009. Sandro brings with him a wealth of experience in all areas of the catering industry, built from his technical and managerial background with Carnaudmetalbox plc, through to his role as Operations Director with The Catering Centre. During his career, he has developed steadily and purposefully, always with an eye for perfection in all spheres of his roles in top management. An example of Sandro’s tenacity in seeing a job completed would be best demonstrated in the strip-out of a full catering facility and fitting of the new facility on “ an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico”. Sandro jointly ran the operation including project management of all trades and direct involvement as hands-on installer. Quite a commitment and with the right result!
We are confident that he will move Catersure in one direction only... forward!
Commitment to ISO
Posted in Events on the 04-12-2009 | 0 Comments | Add CommentThe ISO die is cast! It will soon be out of the mould to be de-burred, cleaned up, polished and then given its final inspection for our new financial year. The clock is ticking and the alarm set for 31st March 2010.
Yet more confirmation of our serious commitment to constant improvement in our standards.
Catersure Defies Economic Down-turn
Posted in Events on the 04-12-2009 | 0 Comments | Add CommentOn the face of it, this may seem boastful, but the reality is that in spite of the difficult financial climate since meltdown began, we have restricted spending without being too draconian. Our belief is that prudence through the recession should strengthen Catersure in readiness for what we hope will be an upturn in business in 2010.
Catersure’s Commitment to Health & Safety
Posted in Events on the 04-12-2009 | 0 Comments | Add CommentIn May 2009, we embarked on a journey to improve our Health & Safety management structure by engaging professional consultancy services at CMIOSH level. This will add considerable benefits to our organisation and strengthen our in-house H&S facility.
Catering Assurance
Posted in Events on the 04-12-2009 | 0 Comments | Add CommentCatersure's traditional approach has relied on the strengths in results to further grow the business through repeat and referrals over the past decade.
Traditionally, Catersure has been satisfied with its approach of quietly sitting in the background and allowing work to filter through by referral which is normally a satisfying position to work from. The downturn in the economy however has given us a stark reminder that "resting on laurels" is probably not the best approach in difficult times.
The need to push the name forward has led to sign-writing our livery on our fleet of vehicles. Look out for the logo in your area - you'll be surprised how far we go!
In addition to sign-writing, we are looking to improve our customer service by providing improved information in relation to site arrival times / feedback on area cover etc by fitting VMS to our van fleet.
