Service and Maintenance

Aftercare can generally be disregarded as an unnecessary evil…..wrong! Good quality maintenance of your equipment will lead to an extended lifespan and will save on many stressful breakdowns and awkward moments. Of course, nothing can prevent catastrophic breakdowns or wilful damage, but our service team can tailor a maintenance programme to best suit your needs. We have the experience and the commitment to help you manage your service requirements with our skill and knowledge of the business.

Stainless Steel Fabrication

Beginning with a single shelf through to a complex bespoke servery, you can be assured that our stainless steel fabrications are built from the best materials and assembled by skilled fabricators with extensive experience of the industry. Unlike most of our competitors within the industry, our fabrications shop is an in-house facility, allowing direct contact between our production team and sales/contracts personnel. This unique facility enables catersure to provide a highly efficient service to our customers. Industrial Kitchen Extraction

Catering operations generate exceptional concentrations of heat, vapours and fumes from gas combustion in a relatively tight area. It is therefore essential that an effective extraction system is installed to remove this hot air from the immediate catering environment, providing replacement air for the comfort of the kitchen occupants and the safe combustion of gas burning appliances. Considerations are the removal of the hot air and fumes (which may be harmful to staff), provision of replacement air to cool the environment, adequate lighting of the area below the canopy, design a quiet and vibration free system and most importantly, reduce fire risks by effective design and construction.
